Celtic took the lead in the sixth minute when Suzanne Mulvey was brought down in the box which Ruesha Littlejohn converted. However, Stirling equalised through Lisa Sutherland’s through-ball which found Jade Gallon who picked out the bottom corner. And then the home side took the lead through Rachel Donaldson’s stunning volley.
In the second half, Celtic equalised when Alex Middleton was brought down by Rebecca Galbraith which Littlejohn converted. Once again, the visitors managed to retake the lead when Mulvey found Abbi Grant who scored a tap-in.
Celtic was then reduced to ten players when Littlejohn was shown a red card.
However, Stirling kept on fighting and then equalised through Nicole Pullar.
But there would be time for one more twist as Celtic scored the winner in stoppage time as Mulvey blasted the ball into the net.
The result sees Stirling drop down one spot to sixth.
