Queen’s Park currently sit at the bottom of the table with zero points, and whilst there have been some heavy defeats – there have been games where they were close to picking up a draw, if not a win. For example, last weekend they came close to a point as they fell to a 4-3 defeat to Buchan Ladies. That was the second successive defeat by a one-goal margin.

The visitors Inverness City do have a single point, coming from a 1-1 draw with Hutchison Vale and are waiting to end their long winless run that stretches back to October 2014.

Like Queen’s Park, Inverness City has had a mixture of heavy and close defeats but have tended to have done better at home than away.

Obviously, both of the clubs will remain in the two relegation places in the SWPL 2, but whoever wins will end the day in seventh. If the game ends in a draw, Inverness will stay in seventh.
